Membership Form

If you want to become a member of the Philippine Association of the Radiologic Technologists, Inc. You may do so by sending a message to the admin through the Contact The Admin Form for more details.

The following fees apply:

• New Members - Php 550.00 valid for three (3) years
•  Old Members - Php 550.00 + other dues (if applicable) valid for three (3) years

 - Php 150.00 yearly penalty for non-renewal

• Students - Php 250.00 valid until they are students 
•  Student members who passed the board - Php 350.00 + other dues (if applicable) valid for 3 years

- Php 100.00 yearly penalty
- PART student ID or certificate should be presented
