I would like to ask why foreigners can not take the Philippine board exam. When they can enroll in colleges and university. Yet Philippine can take board exams in others countries. What I see here is prejudice and it is unfair. I hope they can fix this issue.

to whom can I write my complaint letter against Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital- Radiologic Dept.?
this is a case of abusive /harrasment of their hired radiologic technologists.
I already wrote the head of Customer Relations Dept of their hospital and yet there are no further acknowledgement to my email.
I hope your organization will look upon this incident. Thank you!
